When his business went into liquidation because of lockdown, Derby plumber Martin Broer had to reassess his priorities and start afresh. This included a decision to make use of a cargo bike to go about his business. Nicolas Chinardet, HVP’s Deputy Editor, caught up with him by email to find out more.
